Yesterday, The Day Before went from arriving March 31 to November 10, 2023. A delayed Game is hardly out of the ordinary these days, but developer Fntastic's excuse seemed a little fishy. Apparently, someone else trademarked the Game 's name and initiated a dispute on Steam, which led to The Day Before being delisted. Fntastic said it needed to sort this issue out before it could release the Game . However, fans noted that Fntastic had removed the trailer and screenshots even prior to the alleged trademark dispute. On top of that, the Game 's mod team stepped forward to say they'd never actually seen the Game in action, leading some to believe that the Game might not even exist. Elon Musk has returned to the stand for a third day in federal court in San Francisco to testify in a class action lawsuit filed by Tesla investors alleging he misled them with a tweet SAN FRANCISCO -- Elon Musk returned to the stand for a third day Tuesday in a class-action lawsuit brought by Tesla investors who allege he misled them with a tweet about a deal that never happened, testifying that his intent had been to let his shareholders know he was considering a buyout . The 51-year-old billionaire resumed — under the friendly questioning of his own lawyer, Alex Spiro — his staunch defense at a trial centering on two 2018 tweets indicating he had lined up the money to take Tesla private. NBA Power Rankings: Celtics reclaim top spot over Nuggets; 76ers, Kings enter top five; Hawks taking flight

One of the low-key hilarious lines of the classic 1971 version of Willy Wonka & The Chocolate Factory is delivered by Charlie's schoolteacher, played by a perfectly deadpan David Battley: "I've just decided to switch our Friday schedule to Monday, which means that the test we take each Friday on what we learned during the week will now take place on Monday before we've learned it. But since today is Tuesday, it doesn't matter in the slightest." This otherwise random blast from the past is relevant because, in case you haven't noticed, we've moved our NBA Power Ran kings from Friday to Monday! And if you're reading this on Tuesday, it doesn't matter in the s light est. Anyway, I'm sure not all of you showed up for quotes from Mr. Turkentine, so let's get on with the rankings for this week (well, actually 10 days), which saw a ne

They may have given these asteroid s their odd spinning-top shapes, as well as slowed their rotation and helped prevent them from falling apart. Bennu is most likely a rubble-pile asteroid , meaning that instead of one big rock, it is made of many chunks of rock held together by gravity.
