Trent Alexander-Arnold confirms stance on future midfield role
Trent Alexander-Arnold has revealed he is on "the path" to becoming a central midfield er after a number of impressive showings in the role. The Liverpool man has notably transitioned into a central midfield role in recent months under England manager Gareth Southgate, and at club level Jurgen Klopp has been keen to utilise him as an inverted full-back - slotting into the heart of the Liverpool midfield when the team are in possession of the ball.
