The Kansas City Chiefs defeated the San Francisco 49ers in overtime at Super Bowl LVIII , with Travis Kelce sealing their victory with a kiss with Taylor Swift, who was watching on from her suite in Las Vegas. With the championship Game now in the books, it means the 2023 NFL season is over and with that, the Chiefs tight end is a free man just as his pop star girlfriend’s Eras Tour gets set to resume in Australia . And the signs are it’ll be Kelce’s turn for some jet-setting to support his other half. Kelce “will be joining Swift on her tour” Much was made, of course, about whether or not Swift would be able to make it from the last or four dates in Tokyo, Japan to Las Vegas in time for the Super Bowl, which she managed fairly comfortably in the end. Her world tour resumes in Melbourne, Australia on Friday 16 February, with US Weekly previously reporting that “Travis will be joining Taylor on her tour and Travel ing with her after the Super Bowl.” Travis Kelce and Taylor Swif...

Rep. Michael McCaul also said that efforts to rescue about 100 hostages in Gaza, which includes some Americans, should be the “highest priority.” A Texas congressman is touting a proposed resolution in support of Israel that has gained widespread support on both sides of the aisle. Rep. Michael McCaul, a Republican who chairs the House Foreign Affairs Committee, spoke to ABC News on Wednesday about the bipartisan resolution and the possibility of passing a supplemental aid package to Israel once the House elects a new speaker. "We have over 400 co -sponsors , which is almost unheard of. But it just shows our unity behind Israel and our condemnation of Hamas and this terror attack that occurred last Saturday. At least 1,200 people have died and 2,900 others have been injured in Israel af...

The delegation, which included three Democrats and three Republicans, was the first visit by U.S. lawmakers since 2019 and came at a time of growing attacks on China in Congress as America contends with Beijing’s rise as a global power. The Afghan Embassy says it is closing in New Delhi from Sunday due to a lack of diplomatic support in India and the absence of a recognized government in Kabul NEW DELHI -- The Afghan Embassy said it is closing in New Delhi from Sunday due to a lack of diplomatic support in India and the absence of a recognized government in Kabul. But it will continue to provide emergency consular services to Afghan nationals, it said in a statement. "There has been a significant reduction in both personnel and resources available to us, making it increasingly challenging to continue operations,” the statement said. India has not recognized the Taliban government, which seized power in Afghanistan in August 2021. It evacuated its own staff from Kabul ahead of the U.S. withdrawal from Afghanistan two years ago and no longer has a diplomatic presence there. The Afghan Embassy in New Delhi has been run by staff appointed by the previous government of ousted Afghan President Ashraf Ghani, with pe...
